ZIN Members:  A professional website to represent you professionally
I have create an affordable ZIN Web Design
 so that we can all look professional and show off our status as a ZIN Member

SAMPLE BANNER ABOVE! Your picture will go where my picture is.... Your name will go with my name is. If you do not want your photo in the banner, anything you wish could be placed there or something like the photo below:

Your Zumba website will look just like this sample webpage! You get to choose your own background color and Font style (more details below) Your FLASH Banner will include your First name (Last name in small print optional) and a photo of your choice. You will have 8 web pages with a Static Banner on all of the pages (except for the main page will have a Flash Banner just like the one above)  Did you notice if you mouse over "Member of", it changes! Which you click on your mouse, it changes again!

You will receive the Shell of your website for only $99.00! This way you will be able to maintain your own site and add to it whenever you like! I design the site just like this and tell you where to fill it in or where to add things. If I were to maintain or design the entire site, I have another fee to do that below.  I used Microsoft Front Page, because most of the people have it. It is User Friendly.

For the Shell, you will receive:

  1. Hyperlink to the eight pages via the Menu Buttons

  2. Main Page will include a Flash Banner just like the one above, with your first name (Last Name Optional) and one Photo of your choice.  Please have a professional picture, it will make your site look much nicer! If you would like me to edit  the photo, there will be an editing fee based on a time basis

  3. Static banner (just like your Flash banner, with no movement - See Sample below) on the remaining pages (7 total)

  4. Choose your own background (mine is black here) and your own font style/color (or keep the font seen above)

  5. If you want to add a song, you will have to email it to me (mp3). Your song will be added to any one page.  The site will also give your visitor the option of turning the music on or off. (A lot of people that visit websites do not like music playing and this can deter them from browsing your site!

  6. Each page will be ready for you to add your own personalized information. The Table/Cell (text box) will be empty on each page.

  7. Please let me know if you want me to change the menu buttons to say something else, as long as it is only 8 buttons.  (You can always add hyperlinks elsewhere on your pages.)

  8. Additional Menu Buttons (we will determine where you would like them together) on each page will cost a total of $10.00.  Additional blank pages with your static banner and menu buttons will cost $8.00 each page.

  9. Do you see the little Zumba Icon in your Address Bar? You will have that on all of your pages as well! (It is where you type http://www......)

If you want me to design the entire website there will an additional $22.00 per page. You will receive:

  1. As stated above #1-5.

  2. One Photo Gallery for your "Photo Gallery Link (The photos that you give me will not be edited, except for the size of the photos. To maintain a professional looking site, I will have to make them similar in size for your gallery Please select up to 20 photos)

  3. Please let me know if you want me to change the menu buttons to say something else, as long as it is only 8 buttons.  (You could always have hyperlinks elsewhere on your pages.)

  4. One Contact Form for the "Contact [your name] Link

  5. All of the Information that you provide must be proof-read and ready for me to copy and paste. You will have to let me know which page you want the information on.

  6. Do you see the little Zumba Icon in your Address Bar? You will have that on all of your pages as well!  (It is where you type http://www......)

  7. On average, for a complete website (everything listed here) for me to design your entire website will cost around $275.00.  This does not include any updates. Updates are optional. Normal updates to a website (that I am the Webmaster of), averages anywhere from $60.00-$100.00 per update.  Since we have our classes that we have to update every other month, I will charge ZIN members $25.00 every other month to change the class schedule, add/delete events, and update the photo gallery (without editing the photos).

I am doing this at a very low price for a few reasons: 

  • I love Zumba and want my fellow ZIN Family to have a professional website that they can afford and maintain.

  • I have insomnia and cannot sleep, so I work! (That is the truth!)

  • I love seeing my work out there and the more people that see my work and like it, the happier I am  :-)

What do you have to do now?

  1. First you have to purchase a Domain Name for your website. (If you don't have one already)

  2. Next, you will have to purchase some hosting.  If you do not know where to purchase your Domain or Hosting, please click here for Webmaster Diva

  3. When you completed #1 and #2, you will add me on to your hosting and give me a password so that I could access your account as the Webmaster

  4. If you already have a website, I will be able to overwrite it when I upload your new site.

  6. One more thing... Your website, hosting, and Domain name is a Tax Deduction! :-)
