In addition to our schedule and class calendar, you will find a more personal side of me here.  Not only do I offer my fitness services, I also am a professional artist and photographer. In addition to that, I work at our family business and run a few online community boards. Donna, my twin sister and I also present our z-box fitness program throughout the USA.
